Group Therapy
SONA (Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse)
A safe place to feel, explore, and navigate together. You are not alone. Witnessing other’s experiences and being witnessed can be a healing experience. Narcissistic abuse is very difficult to explain to those who haven’t been through it. This group is a place to be with those that understand.
Whether you are recently divorced and have to co-parent or have been through several abusive experiences again and again, your story is unique and also needs to be heard. Let your journey be joined.
Each group member will be vetted for safe communication and intention.
Consultations are now open (September 2026) Please use my calendar link to schedule.
Each group session will be 100-minutes
Cost is $65 per person
Group is to be held virtually bi-weekly Sunday evenings @ 5pm CST.

-
Led by an experienced guide who knows how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
Education about Narcissism and the healing journey will also be provided throughout the groups. Questions are encouraged.
-
The group prioritizes comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
